Job Summary

As a Client development representative based in our Alpharetta, GA office, you will be responsible for producing qualified prospects through a variety of sources including current IPC Global customers, prospective customers, leads from our CRM system and our on-going marketing campaigns. The role is a vital one as you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Responsibilities

•Compile call lists from current customers, prospective customers from business directories, marketing campaigns and leads from our CRM database, as well as other sources for use in prospecting

•Discover customer needs in terms of current business obstacles and identify sales opportunities

•Research key accounts, identify stakeholders, and grow our prospect data base

•Coordinate sales efforts with account executives

•Work closely with marketing team to run campaigns and drive attendance to key events

•Manage multiple projects simultaneously

•Follow-up and maintain contact with prospects that don’t have an immediate need but may become qualified opportunities in the future

•Cold calling (200 calls per week) to uncover and qualify sales opportunities

•Ability to report on results and hit and exceed quarterly goals

Requirements

•BS or BA degree

•Minimum 2 years proven inside sales experience

•Experience in prospecting and qualifying leads and overachieving quota

•Knowledge of LinkedIn as a sales and marketing tool is a plus

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•Ability to learn and understand product solutions and features

•Effective sales, marketing, time and project management skills

•Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM, and GoToMeeting.com

•Proficient in MS Office Suite

•Ability to work in a team environment


*This is a part-time 30-hour/week contract position at our Alpharetta, GA office.
