Mark Meersman is an engaging Enterprise Intelligence thought leader. His ingenuity and new approaches to data management and information delivery produce solutions that clients are seeking in today's complex business environment. His career began at PriceWaterhouse, where implementation methodology and client engagement were paramount. Early on, Mark discovered that accountability and straightforward communication with clients produced the most consistent results. His career led him to a product manager and marketing manager at Marcam Solutions where designed and distributed multi-national financial software as part of the Protean ERP suite. Then in 1998 Mark founded and what is now IPC Global. Qlik has awarded him Qlik Luminary Status 4 times, top among all Qlik partners globally.
Mark is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Computer Science. He is a CPA and member of the AICPA and GSCPA. Mark lives with his wife and five children in Atlanta, GA.

Coming from a background as an Enterprise Solutions Architect with experience in large implementations, Alan McLaughlin brings to our leadership team a true enterprise-oriented vision for IPC’s delivery. Alan stresses the union of governance, environment, data, and applications into a cohesive EI deployment as a means of reaching true data-driven breakthroughs. As head of Consulting Services, Alan leads a brilliant, diverse, and driven team to serve IPC’s clients with the utmost in quality of delivery in all CS engagements. Since joining IPC Global in 2010, Alan has worked as a Developer, Solutions Architect, Account Manager, and VP of Human Resources.
Alan earned his Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Dallas and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame with a focus on consulting and business intelligence. Alan currently resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife, two children, and two rescue dogs. He enjoys Fighting Irish football and unsuccessfully trying to shave the last few strokes off his handicap.

Steffan Holmquist brings over 30 years of experience in operations including managing the development and implementation of Enterprise Intelligence Solutions in healthcare, manufacturing and financial services. Steffan's skills in Enterprise Intelligence implementation create a line of sight from the management team, to the business users, to the business specialists and finally, to the IT Specialists. Our customers value Steffan’s expertise in IT operations, enterprise systems integration, and his deep understanding of regulatory compliance in healthcare, banking, manufacturing & communications.
Steffan is responsible for our Products and Services group, which is focused solely on bringing proven solutions to our customers as products that they can implement and start to realize immediate value. Products include inProcess DMSA, Qlik extensions, and DirectIT managed services offering.
Steffan is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Information Technology. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and 3 children.

Dan McDonough has over ten years of experience in financial planning and analysis, project management, and process analytics. He has led the design and the development for applications across multiple industries. As Technical Account Manager, Dan guides customers through the critical steps of initial roll-out through adoption and the attendant changes required to achieve success in Qlik implementation. As a Solution Architect, Dan leverages his experience to bring a full FP&A lens to each application, specifically those intended to serve finance departments or utilize financial data within the organization.
Dan earned his Bachelor degree in Economics from Fordham University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame with a focus on consulting and business intelligence. Dan currently resides in Philadelphia. He enjoys Fighting Irish football and running cross country.

Sri Sivakumar has built business solutions for over two decades, working with customers across many business backgrounds and distributed teams across the globe. Sri empowers customers with business intelligence that is aligned with optimized business processes. He begins engagements by connecting with decision makers, which enables delivery on aggressive timelines. He has been instrumental in building distributed and functional teams from the ground up.
Sri lives in Singapore and holds a degree in Electronics and a diploma in Computer Software (Development and Deployment). He was involved at various points of his career in ISO & CMM standards as an auditor. He played a lot of badminton in his school days and is now taking a swing at golf.

Andy Dietler brings 20 years of experience delivering web and technology solutions to his role of Director – Technical Operations. In this role Andy has established IPC Global’s standards for delivery through best practices and internal training. He leads the consulting team in delivering state-of-the-art technical solutions by evaluating, defining, preparing and cross-functionally delivering through Qlik, AWS, R and related technologies.
Before coming to IPC Global, Andy worked as a Product Manager in Cross-Border eCommerce solutions as Rakuten. Prior to that he built large-scale websites for companies like Disney and Toyota. Andy holds two degrees from The University of Notre Dame, a BBA in Management Information Systems and an MBA with a focus in consulting and business intelligence. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and toddler twins.

Sean Haggerty brings 15 years of industry and leadership experience to IPC in his role as the Director - Project Management Office (PMO). Sean’s unique ability to combine analytical and data driven decision making with an ability to lead and direct highly specialized cross-functional teams has proven invaluable to his clients (internal and external) throughout his career. His past experiences include Business Consultant to the Department of Defense (Naval Logistics IT Modernization), Finance Manager for Amazon.com and VP of Operations, Supply Chain and Product Development in an early stage start-up.
With a track record of success leveraging data driven decision making, Sean is passionate about guiding organizations through their data transformations, building client data and domain expertise into Enterprise Intelligence platforms that empower all levels within an organization to drive breakthrough performance.
Sean earned his Bachelor of Science in Business and Commerce from Niagara University where he was a scholar athlete and member of the Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC). Sean also earned an MBA from the University of Notre Dame with a focus on Finance and Business Consulting and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
He currently resides in Syracuse, NY with his wife, two children and dog.
